TO EXPLOIT THE INFORMATION
The CLOUD can constitute a place of development and exercise of the skill to exploit the information, a place where collaborators learn to refer to several organized procedures, to consult varied technical documents.
TO SOLVE PROBLEMS
The approach of resolution of problems extends in all the spheres of human activity. On a daily basis, a multitude of situations requires that we react. It is necessary to us to make choice, to opt for an answer among a range of possibilities which are not all of equal value. To develop the skill to manage rationally these situations can show itself very useful when the stake is important. It is this skill which is in question in the competence to solve problems.
TO EXERCISE ITS CRITICAL JUDGMENT
To judge is an exercise in which we devote to direct its actions, of whatever nature, to influence those of others or for the simple pleasure of the exercise.
